Publications

The articles available in this section present the technique used to reduce aerodynamic losses around a vehicle geometry by shape optimization.

This first publication presents the geometric parameters used to drive the optimization carried out with the CAESES® software to reduce the aerodynamic losses calculated with the ultraFluidX software with a genetic algorithm.

This second publication presents the dynamic modal decomposition (DMD) method, used to characterize the massive detachment downstream of a 35° inclined ramp, in relation to orthogonal eigenmodes (PODs). This article presents the periodic control parameters chosen to reduce the recirculation intensity of the transverse vortex.
